Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Sublytics you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Sublytics is a web-based analytics tool for Substack newsletter creators. It allows you to upload your Substack data export and receive analytics, AI insights, churn analysis, and media kit generation.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be 18 or older to use Sublytics

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload data you do not own or have rights to
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
Use the service for illegal purposes
Share your account with others
Attempt to circumvent plan limits

5. Subscription & Billing

Plans:

Starter: Free, 1 upload per month
Pro: $19/month, 5 uploads per month
Agency: $49/month, unlimited uploads

Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

6. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds except in the following cases:

You were charged twice for the same subscription (billing error)
The service experienced a critical technical failure lasting more than 72 hours that prevented you from accessing your data
You were charged after cancelling your subscription

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Partial use of the subscription period
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated insights
Failure to cancel before renewal

To request a refund for an eligible reason, contact hello@sublytics.org within 7 days of the charge with your order number.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Sublytics is also governed by our Privacy Policy at sublytics.org/privacy.

Your uploaded newsletter data is processed in your browser. We do not store your subscriber list on our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

Sublytics and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sublytics and are protected by international copyright laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sublytics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI insights will be accurate or that analytics will be error-free. Newsletter growth results are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sublytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, then binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Sublytics after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
